Extended Care Rates & Policy
Before and after care is offered from 7-8 am and 3-6 pm during each school day. The regular school day is from 8-3 pm, with drop off beginning at 7:45 am and dismissal ending at 3:15 pm.

Each child enrolled at CCS receives one weekly hour of extended care for free. The following weekly rates are as follows:

Based on the example above, the weekly charge would be $50. Each weekly hour was used at least once (7-8 am, 3-4 pm, 4-5 pm, 5-6 pm). If you remove Wednesday from this scenario, the charge would be $40. If every day looked like Friday, there would be no charge.

Extended care is drafted weekly on Tuesday for the previous week. Because extended care changes week to week, we do not have a way to draft your bank account ahead of time. On Friday, we assess the weekly charges. Our bank requires a 48 business hour minimum before we can draft your account. If you have any questions, please contact the school office.
